| We picked up our Greece-travelling friends Jenny and Dave at BWI Airport. They flew in from Seattle. I've only known Dave for 51 years so I figured I needed the sign. | ||||||

My daughter had us over for a nice dinner. That's Dave on the left.

| The next morning it was back to BWI Airport. The four of us flew up to Boston to catch our trans-Atlantic flight to Athens, Greece! | ||||||

On board our home for the next eight hours or so. It's a red-eye, as all flights going to Europe are. No fun.

| Nevertheless, Jenny and Dave and excited to be going to Greece. | ||||||

| That's Greece down there. I looked for the Parthenon but didn't see it. | ||||||

| Eight hours and not much sleep later, we are in Athens, Greece! | ||||||

| We caught our pre-arranged transportation from the airport into Athens -- quite a distance, by the way -- about an hour's drive. The driver dropped us off at our AirBnB which was on one side of a restaurant square. We had all our luggage with us, of course, While we waited to get into the AirBnB so we wouldn't have to lug the luggage around, we sat down and had a nice Greek breakfast. | ||||||
